Appointments are available at Tarporley Health Centre, Tarvin Health Centre and Waverton Surgery. To see a doctor or nurse please telephone Tarporley Health Centre on
01829 733 456 between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm.

  • Please don't waste appointments. Let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
  • If you change your name, address or telephone number please inform the receptionist.
  • Illnesses are unpredictable and urgent calls can upset the best appointment system - please be patient.

For urgent appointments outside our normal surgery hours, please call the practice number: 01829 733456. Our out-of-hours care is managed by the Western Cheshire Primary Care Trust.
